Renovation old railway station in Berlin

On the western outskirts of Berlin, between Avus, Halenseestrasse and the railway tracks, the site of the former freight station Grunewald is located on the Cordesstraße. Conveniently located on public transport and private transport routes, yet quiet and idyllic location, provided with mature trees and some listed buildings, it is here about 14 acres of land to develop and supply a suitable use. In addition to the initially required data collections with regard to the property and building characteristics, different concepts and possible uses are being pursued in parallel at this early planning stage.
